If I bought a Flex Ticket when do I schedule my attendance date?

On September 10th, Flex Ticket holders will receive an email with a link that will take them automatically to select their ticket date. Flex Ticket holders can also visit the 'My Account' page, log in using their email used for booking, and then through 'Manage Order' reserve their date and time.The first opportunity to select their date will become available on September 10 at 10:00 am PT. The opportunity to schedule the date of attendance and to secure limited opportunities will be available exclusively to Flex Ticket Holders for a limited period of time, and it will be first-come, first-served. A limited number of Flex Tickets will be available for each date of Classic Christmas – Once Flex Ticket quantities for certain dates run out, Flex Ticket holders will need to select an alternate date.

What if I need to change dates after I have already selected?

Date changes are based on availability as there is a limited number of Flex Tickets for each date of Classic. Once the Flex Tickets for a particular date are gone, Flex Ticket holders will need to select another available date. Date changes fees are $3 per ticket, plus any increase in ticket price. Guests are welcome to purchase visit protection during your initial ticket purchase and will be covered for the $3 per ticket change fee, however any increase in ticket price will still be due. Visit protection can not be added after the initial purchase.

What does the Flex Ticket include?

Flex Tickets are general admission and do not come with any additional activity passes.

Why do I want first access to date selection this September?

We’re hosting special events and theme nights at Classic Christmas this year, and some activations will be limited - by booking during Christmas in July, you get first access to select your preferred date! ❄️

Are tickets refundable?

Tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE. This includes for reasons such as illness (including COVID-19), dissatisfaction with the event, purchasing the wrong ticket, purchasing too many tickets, or non-attendance. This policy applies to all Box Office and online ticket purchases. Please note: Should local weather conditions require Classic Christmas to cancel or delay an event, we will have a re-accommodation plan for guests to reschedule to another date this season. Tickets can not be held to future seasons as we may not return to the same cities each year.

What are the hours of operation?

Each venue (Dallas, Houston, Oklahoma City, San Antonio) will have unique hours of operation, available on September 10 when Flex Ticket holders can select their date and arrival window. Daily opening and closing times may vary by venue, day, or weather conditions. For further updates please visit our Help Desk.

What does an arrival window mean?

Our Arrival Window is the earliest period of time you are able to enter the Classic Christmas venue. This is done to make sure that each guest has a magical experience and to avoid overcrowding when entering. Once you have entered Classic Christmas, you are able to stay for as long as you would like. Although you are not able to enter Classic Christmas prior to your Arrival Window, if you are running a little bit behind, you will still be able to enter Classic Christmas once your Arrival Window has passed up to 1 hour prior to the event close time. However, we kindly ask that you try to arrive as close as possible to your chosen Arrival Window time.
