Essential Information for Booking Group Suites in San Antonio.

What is the cost for additional tickets if our party is larger than 10?

Admission Tickets may be purchased at the market rate listed on our website and may fluctuate based on demand as our season approaches. Each of our locations will have different ticket rates listed.

When can I purchase additional tickets or add-ons?

Additional tickets such as Admission, Premier Pass, Ice Skating, or Parking can be purchased at the time of choosing your visit date and anytime after that.

The tickets that come with the purchase of the suite, are those 10 adult value tickets? Most of our group will be <children, seniors, etc.>

The admission tickets included in the suite package are considered General Admission to be used for an adult, junior, or senior.

How long do we get to use the rented suite? What are the timeframes and event hours?

The suite is yours to enjoy for the entire night! You may come and go throughout the evening. Please be sure to check San Antonio's hours of operation on our website as hours are subject to change.

Do we get to choose our suite location and do they all have a view and outside seating with a view of the events?

Suite locations are assigned by our teams. Views from these suites may vary based on the venue.

Do we have access to come back and forth to the suite and the light display?

You may come and go in your suite throughout the evening.

Will there be an on-site team member that will be designated to assist my group/party?

Yes. We will have three associates designated to checking in and provide directional guidance to the suites.

Is there a specific and separate entrance into the stadium and onto the event or will it all be the same entrance for everyone?

Admission tickets will be scanned at the main gate into Classic Christmas. Once inside, there will be a separate entry and exit for the light display.

Does General Admission cover each person to participate in Ice Skating? Or are there additional fees involved to enter the rink and skate rentals?

General Admission tickets do not include participation in Ice Skating. Ice Skating tickets are sold separately and include skate rentals.

If $500 is F&B credit, what’s the pricing of the F&B overall? Is there a minimum we would need to meet for beverage or food?

The $500 food and beverage credit will be used towards your catering order using the Suite menu. There is no minimum other than using the credit. Your order may exceed your credit amount and you may pay the difference with the onsite catering team.

With the private suite can you tell me the average price for meals? Do we order individually or are they group meals?

You will have an opportunity to customize your suite food and beverage order based on your budget and available options. The suite menu will offer dinner packages, appetizer, dessert, and beverage options that are designed for groups. The link to the Suite Menu is here.

F&B -  Does this also include non alcoholic/alcoholic beverages, or will this be additional to the $500 credit? Can people pay for their drinks after 2 per person and is there a bar they can purchase more in the suite?

The $500 food and beverage credit can be used towards ordering anything listed in our Suite menu. The Suite Menu will include both non-alcoholic/alcoholic beverage options. You may work with your food and beverage coordinator the night of your event to order additional beverages for your suite; however, suites do not have bars or bartender services. Suites have counter space to serve food buffet-style and a mini-fridge to keep drinks cold.

Do you have a menu list for the Suites?

We have people that are vegetarian, dairy and gluten issues for dietary needs, are there plenty of options? Are there snacks and appetizers or options for buffet or catered dinners? Are we allowed to bring our own desserts to the suite rental?

The Suite menu will offer options for guests with dietary restrictions. Please be sure to work with our venue catering teams to make sure that is discussed as some substitutions may be available. There are a variety of packages and options available on our menu. No outside food and beverages are allowed inside Classic Christmas; however, some venue catering teams may allow a celebration cake as an exception.

When paying for parking is there a limit on the amount of cars that are allowed per suite? Do you know the cost for parking?

When purchasing a suite package, you may purchase as many parking passes as you need. The cost of parking passes will vary based on the location, visit date, and parking lot.

What other information can you share about the suite? Size? Layout? Where are they in relation to the experience?

What if we (our group) can’t agree to a date? Can I be refunded?

There are no refunds or exchanges on Suite Package purchases.

Can others be invited into our suite if they bought tickets outside of my package?

You may invite others into your suite. Please be sure to let your Event Coordinator know so your guests have the appropriate wristbands to be allowed to enter your suite.

Can we use the GA tickets that we’ve already purchased in conjunction with our Suite Package purchase?

You may use GA tickets to account for any additional GA tickets that you need for your group. They cannot replace the 10 GA tickets that come with the suite package.

I have a 1 year old. Will they need a ticket?

An Admission Ticket is required for every guest member to attend Classic Christmas. Infant Tickets, although free of charge, are still required for children 3 or under. You can get your tickets through https://tickets.classicchristmas.com/

Do we need to pay a deposit?

Small Luxury Suites, available for purchase on our website only, require payment in full.

Does the suite come decorated? If not, can we bring our own decorations?

All suites and private spaces will be decorated in a Winter holiday theme. You don’t need to bring any additional decorations; however, we will allow small table decorations if you are hosting a birthday celebration. We do not allow balloons or anything nailed/tacked to the walls.

Can we come and look at the area?

Tours are not available for our Small Luxury Suites.

Can we bring a celebration cake? And is there a fee for this?

Fees will vary based on venue and will be applied to your catering order. Please notify your catering contact in advance.

Do I contact the catering company? How and when do I confirm my food and beverages?

After suite packages have been purchased, a Classic Christmas team member will facilitate an introduction to the venue catering team. They will be your primary point of contact and available to assist with all aspects of your reservation.
