TYPES OF INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We collect two basic types of information – Personal Information (as defined in this policy) and Anonymous Information (as defined in this policy) – and we may use Personal Information and Anonymous Information to create a third type of information, Aggregate Information (also defined in this policy). In particular, we collect:
Information you provide when purchasing tickets, for example, such as your first name and surname, country of residence, gender, date of birth, email address, and any username and password, if applicable; transaction information you provide when you request information, contact guest services; information you provide in public forums, such as your public posts; information sent either one-to-one or within a limited group using message, chat, post, or similar functionality, where we are permitted by applicable law to collect this information; information we obtain from a third party, such as a site or platform provider, about use of our applications on third-party platforms or devices; location information, including location information provided by a mobile or other device interacting with one of our sites, applications, or physical properties, or associated with your IP address or other online or device identifier, where we are permitted by law to process this information; activity information about your use, and the use by any person(s) you authorize through your account, of our sites and applications, such as the content you view or post, how often you use our services, and your preferences; usage, viewing, technical, and device data when you visit our sites, use our applications on third-party sites or platforms, or open emails we send, or connect with our wireless Internet access services and other similar technologies, including your browser or device type, unique device identifier, and IP address; still or video images captured by cameras or readers on or around our physical properties; and call recordings when you call our reservation centers or other guest services phone numbers.
HOW WE COLLECT YOUR INFORMATION
We collect information you provide to us when you request or purchase products, services, or information from us, participate in public forums or other activities on our sites and applications, respond to guest surveys, visit our physical properties, call our guest services phone numbers, or otherwise interact with us using one or more devices. You may provide information in a variety of ways, including by typing or using voice commands.
We collect information through a variety of technologies, such as cookies, Flash cookies, pixels, tags, software development kits, application program interfaces, and Web beacons, including when you visit our sites and applications or use our applications on third-party sites or platforms using one or more devices, whether or not you are logged in or registered.
We collect information using analytics tools, including when you visit our sites and applications or use our applications on third-party sites or platforms.
We acquire information from other trusted sources to update or supplement the information you provided or we collected automatically, such as when we validate postal address information using third party services. Applicable law may require that you authorize the third party to share your information with us before we can acquire it.
We may also contract with analytics services, third-party affiliate services, and third-party advertising companies to collect similar information. These cookies allow the ad servers to recognize your computer each time they send you an online advertisement, and compile information about you or others who use your computer. This information allows such advertising networks to, among other things, deliver targeted advertisements that they believe will be of most interest to you.
We may use analytics tools or similar tools provided by third parties to help analyze how you and other users utilize our services. Analytics tools use cookies and other tracking technologies to collect information such as how often users visit our website, what pages they visit, and what other websites they have used prior to visiting our website. We use the information we get from analytics tools only to improve services. Analytics tools collect the IP address or other unique identifier assigned to you on the date you visit our services. Analytics tools provided by third parties plant a persistent cookie on your web browser to identify you as a unique user the next time you visit our website, and the treatment of that information is governed by the third party’s terms of use and/or privacy policy.
USE OF YOUR INFORMATION

SHARING YOUR INFORMATION WITH OTHER ENTITIES
We will not share your Personal Information with a third party outside Social House Holiday LLC and our related entities except in limited circumstances, including:
When necessary for the operation of an Event that is being conducted with a third-party partner of Social House Holiday LLC or by virtue of a co-promotion agreement with that third-party entity. We enter into agreements with and offers ticketing solutions to third-party event producers and shares Personal Information with those third-party entities if you are a guest of those events.
When Social House Holiday LLC enters into an agreement with a third-party data technology service provider, where no data is shared with third parties (business as usual) vs. third party data sharing partner.
When you allow us to share your Personal Information with another company, by electing to share your Personal Information with carefully selected companies so that they can send you offers and promotions about their products and services. We may strip the Personal Information data from guest records for the purpose of selling anonymized data and resell customer data with Personal Information for which it has received consent. The option to consent to this Privacy Policy is presented at time of purchase. When you direct us to share your Personal Information with another company to fulfill your request, such as:
- The purchase of tickets through our white labeled ticketing provider TixTracks that is required for the processing of purchases and fulfilling event products to the guest.
- When you book packages with us that include goods or services provided by third-party partners, such as venues, third-party hotels, catering companies, and other providers necessary to fulfill your request; and
- When you direct us to share your Personal Information with third-party sites or platforms, such as social networking sites.
- Please note that once we share your Personal Information with another company in the above circumstances, the information received by the other company is controlled by that company and becomes subject to the other company’s privacy practices.
- When we cooperate with venue partners, co-productions, or sponsors; however, we will do so only if permitted by applicable law.
- When companies perform services on our behalf, like marketing and advertising, and customer service; however, these companies are prohibited from using your Personal Information for purposes other than those requested by us or required by law; and
- When we share your Personal Information with third parties in connection with the sale of a business, to enforce our Terms of Use or rules, to ensure the safety and security of our guests and third parties, to protect our rights and property and the rights and property of our guests and third parties, to comply with legal process, or in other cases if we believe in good faith that disclosure is required by law.
YOUR CONTROLS AND CHOICES
We provide you the ability to exercise certain controls and choices regarding our collection, use and sharing of your information. In accordance with applicable law, your controls and choices may include:
Choosing or changing your choices for subscriptions, newsletters, and alerts;
Choosing whether to receive from us offers and promotions for our products and services, or products and services that we think may be of interest to you;
Choosing whether we share your Personal Information with other companies so they can send you offers and promotions about their products and services;

CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
We do not have knowledge that we sell the Personal Information of anyone who is under the age of sixteen (16) without their affirmative consent. We do not collect the Personal Information of anyone under the age of thirteen (13). If we learn that we have collected or received Personal Information from individuals under the age of thirteen (13), we will follow the required legal process, and then we will delete the Personal Information. CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS’ RIGHTS
California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits California residents to request a list of all third parties to which we, during the immediately preceding calendar year, have disclosed certain personal data for direct marketing purposes. We do not share personal data with other people or non-affiliated businesses for their direct marketing purposes. We are only required to respond to a customer request once during any calendar year. To make such a request you should send a letter to our mailing address listed above. Please be aware that not all information sharing is covered by the California privacy rights requirements and only information sharing that is covered will be included in our response.
Additionally, we do not sell your personal data to third parties.
You can always opt out of any subscription for emails, involving any updates, information, postings, news, and/or press releases, by clicking “Unsubscribe” at the bottom of the email. We might still send you some important emails, like responding to you by email if you send us a request or comment.
