Bag Policy
• Please Note: The Choctaw Stadium is an existing facility that manages their own security team and policies. Classic Christmas is simply providing their policy below.
• All bags and purses must be soft sided and not exceed 16” x 16” x 8”. Backpacks are prohibited, except for single-compartment drawstring bags that do not exceed the bag-size requirements of 16” x 16” x 8”.
• Exceptions are for those that are carried for medical reasons or manufactured diaper bags that accompany infants and young children.
• All bags are subject to search before entering the stadium.
• Working media may carry backpacks, but only after the bags have been searched and tagged by security at the Media Entrance.
Pet Policy
Classic Christmas welcomes trained service dogs as defined under Titles II and III of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), no other animals are permitted within the event. Service animals must be under the effective control of the handler at all times and all vaccinations for rabies and other common diseases must be up to date.
If the dog is found not to be housebroken, barking or lunging at guests or other service dogs or generally not under control by the handler the service dog and handler will be asked to leave the event without refund.
- Emotional support animals, comfort animals, and therapy dogs are not service animals under Title II and Title III of the ADA. As such these animals are not permitted.

No Smoking
Smoking is prohibited inside Classic Christmas and there is no re-entry into the event for single-day ticket holders. Please plan ahead.
Ice Skates
• If bringing your own skates, please ensure they have blade guards on at all times and if bringing a bag to carry them ensure the bag meets the Clear Bag Policy restrictions.
• No Re-Entry is permitted for the events so you may not return to your vehicle after skating to store them. Please plan ahead.
Your Tickets
Please have your ticket QR code ready to display when you arrive. The QR code is located at the top of your order confirmation which you should have received via email.
You can also access your tickets by visiting your MyAccount located at the bottom of your order confirmation or requesting access to your MyAccount.
Manage Your Order
Manage your order all in one place. Easily add add-ons, change ticket dates, and change ticket times. Guests with Visit Protection can request order cancellations. Access your MyAccount located at the bottom of your order confirmation or request access through the Manager Your Order Link.
Classic Christmas is a Cashless Event
In an effort to put our employees and guests safety at the forefront, Classic Christmas is a cashless event. Our events will only be accepting contactless forms of payment, including debit cards, credit cards, and mobile wallets like Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Arrival Window
Our Arrival Window is the earliest period of time you are able to enter the Classic Christmas venue. This is done to make sure that each guest has a magical experience and to avoid overcrowding when entering. Once you have entered Classic Christmas, you are able to stay for as long as you would like.
Although you are not able to enter Classic Christmas prior to your Arrival Window, if you are running a little bit behind, you will still be able to enter Classic Christmas once your Arrival Window has passed up to 1 hour prior to the event close time. However, we kindly ask that you try to arrive as close as possible to your chosen Arrival Window time.
No Re-Entry
Due to capacity limitations and the safety of our guests, Classic Christmas has a no re-entry policy. After you have exited the venue for any reason, re-entry will not be permitted.

Directions:
• From 1-30 E to E Copeland Rd/i-30 Frontage Rd in Arlington: Take exit 28 from I-30E.
• Coming from the West (Ft. Worth): Follow I-30 E to E Copeland Rd/I-30 Frontage Rd in Arlington. Take exit 28 from I-30 E, Take Nolan Ryan Expy and E Road to Six Flags onto Ballpark Way.
• Coming from the East (Dallas): Follow I-30W to Arlington. Take exit 29 from I-30W, Merge I-30 W, Take Exit 29 for Ballpark Way S.
Parking
• Handicapped/disabled parking is available in Lots K and E and is sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Handicap/disabled parking areas may reach capacity before event time.
• Primary lots for Choctaw Stadium are lots K, D, and E.
Rideshare Drop-Off
Passengers can be dropped off near the Third Base Line Entrance, located on E Road to Six Flags, between Nolan Ryan Expressway and Ballpark Way.
Bus/Public Transport Options to Get to Choctaw Stadium
• Arlington On-Demand Service
The Arlington On-Demand service operates citywide in Arlington and makes connections to the CentrePort TRE station and two Trinity Metro bus routes in the Eastchase Parkway area of Fort Worth. Riders can book a shared ride using the Arlington Transportation smartphone application or dial-in phone number for fee that ranges from $3 to $5, depending on distance travelled. The service provides a personalized transportation option that has no fixed schedules, no fixed routes, and an infinite number of on-demand stops. • RAPID Autonomous Vehicle Service
The City of Arlington’s RAPID service provides autonomous vehicle (AV) rides in Downtown Arlington and on the University of Texas at Arlington’s campus. The AVs, provided by May Mobility, are integrated with the On-Demand service, so you can book your ride using the Arlington Transportation smartphone application or dial-in phone number. • Arlington Entertainment District Trolley
The Arlington Trolley is a complimentary seasonal service provided to paying hotel guests within the Arlington Entertainment District. If you're staying at a participating Trolley District hotel, ask about free trolley service to and from all major Arlington attractions: Six Flags Over Texas, Hurricane Harbor, AT&T Stadium, Rangers Ballpark, shopping centers and the Convention Center. • Handitran Special Transportation Needs
Handitran is a door-to-door, special transportation service for the elderly and persons with disabilities. Handitran mini-buses are equipped with wheelchair lifts to transport elderly and disabled persons to essential services, medical appointments, work, or any location within our service area.
All persons with disabilities are eligible to apply for certification for Handitran ridership. The application and instructions are located on Handitran's website. Please allow at least one week for application processing. Once certified, you will be able to schedule trips. Trips can be scheduled up to 14 days in advance.
Please be aware that certification does not guarantee a trip. Handitran is a ride-share, demand/response system with a limited service area. Handitran does not operate on Sundays. Service is provided anywhere within the Arlington City limits and 1.5 miles outside the City limits. Contracted taxicabs are also used to supplement the buses. Visit the Handitran website here.

• Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART)
For travel in the Dallas area, DART can get you around 13 cities (Addison, Carrollton, Cockrell Hill, Dallas, Farmers Branch, Garland, Glenn Heights, Highland Park, Irving, Plano, Richardson, Rowlett, and University Park) with rail, bus, paratransit, HOV lanes and rideshare services. Snow Slide Requirements
Please note that guests must be 42” or taller to ride alone. Smaller guests must be accompanied by an adult.
Concessions
Concessions, Meals, and Cocktails are available at all events at Choctaw Stadium. Only major credit cards are accepted.
Accesibility
We are committed to ensuring that guests with disabilities are provided with equal access to all programs, services, and facilities offered at Choctaw Stadium. In addition to providing accessible seating, Choctaw Stadium provides specially designed restrooms, ticket windows, and concession stands to allow access to each of these areas.
Health & Safety
The First Aid Room is located on the third base side of the main concourse near Section 5. Emergency medical personnel is on duty at each event and found by the third base entrance.

Lost & Found Items
Any found items will be immediately taken to the ticketing box office at the third baseline. All items are stored for safekeeping; found items are disposed of or donated to an appropriate charity after 01/03/2025. To claim a lost article, visit the Guest Services office during the event. To inquire about a lost article after the event has ended please email kris.mcclendon@staff.enchantchristmas.com
