OFFICIAL RULES
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR ODDS OF WINNING. YOUR ODDS OF WINNING DEPEND ON THE NUMBER OF ELIGIBLE ENTRIES RECEIVED. OPEN TO ELIGIBLE LEGAL RESIDENTS LIVING IN THE STATE OF Texas AND WITHIN A 150-MILE RADIUS OF THE CITY OF Dallas, WITH THE EXCEPTION OF THOSE LIVING WITHIN 75 MILES OF Dallas, Texas. MUST BE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER. SWEEPSTAKES BEGINS 10:00:00 AM CENTRAL TIME (“CT”) ON Monday, November 3, 2025 AND ENDS 11:59:59 PM CT ON Friday, November 7, 2025. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
1. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD
The Classic Christmas Dallas x @karliedoesdallas Tag and Share Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins 10:00:00 AM CT on Monday, November 3, 2025, and ends 11:59:59 PM CT on Friday, November 7, 2025 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Sponsor’s clock will be the official Sweepstakes clock, and the timeliness of entries will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
2. SPONSOR
The “Sponsor” of the Sweepstakes is Social House Entertainment, 12920 Metcalf Ave Unit 170, Overland Park, KS 66213.
3. ELIGIBILITY
The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents living in the State of Texas and within a 150-mile radius of the City of Dallas, with the exception of those living within seventy-five (75) miles of Dallas, Texas, who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry (“Participants”). Void in Puerto Rico and other U.S. territories, possessions, and military installations, and wherever prohibited or restricted by law. None of the following are eligible: officers, directors, and employees of Sponsor and any of their parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, and related companies, and any agencies or entities engaged in the development, production, administration, fulfillment, or distribution of materials for the Sweepstakes (collectively, the “Sweepstakes Entities”), and the immediate family members (parent, child, sibling, or spouse) of, or persons (whether related or not) living in the same household as, such individuals.
4. AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES
Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes Participant’s warranty that they meet all eligibility requirements, and their full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning any prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements and obligations in these Official Rules.
5. HOW TO ENTER THE SWEEPSTAKES
To participate in the Sweepstakes, Participant must have Internet access and a valid social media account. To enter during the Sweepstakes Period, Participant must visit the Classic Christmas Dallas Instagram channel (@classicchristmasdallas) (the “Entry Platform”) and follow the instructions to tag and share as directed. Only one entry per person will be accepted. Sponsor will not accept entries by any other means.
6. ENTRY CONDITIONS
Any attempted entry in the Sweepstakes by automatic, programmed, script, bot, third party, or fraudulent method is prohibited. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entries or Participants that it determines, in its sole discretion, violate these Official Rules. Sponsor may disqualify any person found or suspected of tampering with the entry process or acting in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner. In the event of a dispute, the authorized account holder of the social media account used to enter will be deemed the Participant. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned.
7. WINNER SELECTION, NOTIFICATION, AND ODDS
On or about November 7, 2025, one (1) potential Grand Prize winner (the “Potential Grand Prize Winner”) will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Randomization may be conducted using www.random.org or a similar tool. Potential Grand Prize Winner will be notified via the Entry Platform on or about November 10, 2025. Potential Grand Prize Winner must reply to Sponsor within seven (7) calendar days after attempted notification. Failure to respond in time, or failure to meet eligibility requirements, will result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received.
8. PRIZES
One (1) Friends 4-Pack of Tickets to Classic Christmas Dallas.
The Grand Prize is good for one-time use at Classic Christmas Dallas in 2025. All expenses and incidental costs not expressly stated in this prize description, including but not limited to, transportation, meals, incidentals, gratuities, and personal charges, are solely the responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner. Unless the child or legal dependent of the Grand Prize Winner, the Grand Prize Winner’s companions must be eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the date of ticket redemption with the appropriate permissions and releases, and must use the Grand Prize at the same time as Grand Prize Winner.
9. PRIZE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Grand Prize Winner must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations. Grand Prize Winner may receive an IRS Form 1099 for the value of the prize. Grand Prize is not exchangeable, transferable, or redeemable for cash, except in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen prize. Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission (except where prohibited) for Sponsor to use the winner’s and companions’ names, photographs, likenesses, statements, biographical information, voices, and city/state for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
10. PRIVACY
Sponsor will collect personal data from Participants, which will be used in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy available at https://classicchristmas.com/privacy/. By entering, each Participant consents to such collection and use.
11. CONDUCT OF SWEEPSTAKES
All federal, state, and local laws apply. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s control impairs the administration or fairness of the Sweepstakes. ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE ENTRY PLATFORM OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS.
12. GENERAL RELEASE AND WAIVER OF CLAIMS
By entering, Participants release the Sweepstakes Entities and any social media company used for promotion from any liability for loss, harm, or damage arising from participation or prize use.
13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries; technical errors; or unauthorized access. ALL PRIZES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.
14. CHOICE OF LAW; CHOICE OF FORUM
These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware or the Delaware state courts serving Wilmington, Delaware.
15. GRAND PRIZE WINNER LIST
For the identity of the Grand Prize Winner, send a request and self-addressed stamped envelope by December 3, 2025 to: Social House Entertainment ATTN: Legal Department, 12920 Metcalf Ave Unit 170, Overland Park, KS 66213.
16. MISCELLANEOUS
Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules will not constitute a waiver. If any provision is found invalid, the remainder shall remain in effect.
