Bus/Public Transport Stations Near Toyota Field

The closest major transit center to Toyota Field is the Randolph Transit Center, located at 9400 IH-35 North. Other transit options include numerous bus stops near the stadium and the availability of services from transit centers like the North Star Transit Center, which offers routes that may go near the field.

  • VIA Metropolitan Transit
    • Randolph Transit Center: This is the closest major transit hub. It is located at 9400 IH-35 North, and VIA routes can be found there.
    • North Star Transit Center: A bus route from the North Star Transit Center can take you close to the stadium, with a trip taking approximately 39 minutes, notes Rome2Rio.
    • Other Bus Stops: Numerous other bus stops are located in the vicinity of Toyota Field, but the closest major transit center is Randolph. VIA Metropolitan Transit provides details on all stops and routes.
  • Other options
    • Greyhound Bus Lines: The Greyhound terminal is not particularly close to Toyota Field, but it is an option for longer-distance travel. SanAntonio.com lists the Greyhound terminal as being in the La Villita neighborhood.
    • MegaBus: A MegaBus stop is also available in the La Villita neighborhood. The MegaBus stop as being at Broadway & 4th in The Broadway Parking Lot.
    • San Antonio International Airport: The airport is another potential transit point. From the airport, you can take a bus to North Star Transit Center, then transfer to a bus that goes near Toyota Field. Rome2Rio notes this trip takes about 39 minutes.

Weather - Rain or Shine Event

Coca-Cola’s Classic Christmas in San Antonio is a rain-or-shine event. Be sure to check the weather forecast before your planned visit.

Bag Policy

Toyota Field allows bags up to 12″ x 12″ x 6″ in size. Exceptions include, but are not limited to, medical or childcare bags, or any bag Toyota Field event security management approves upon inspection. Fans with non-approved bags will be asked to return them to a vehicle.

Pet Policy
  • Classic Christmas welcomes trained service dogs as defined under Titles II and III of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), no other animals are permitted within the event. Service animals must be under the effective control of the handler at all times and all vaccinations for rabies and other common diseases must be up to date.
  • If the dog is found not to be housebroken, barking or lunging at guests or other service dogs or generally not under control by the handler the service dog and handler will be asked to leave the event without refund.
  • Emotional support animals, comfort animals, and therapy dogs are not service animals under Title II and Title III of the ADA. As such these animals are not permitted.
Prohibited Items

Bags, coolers, bottles, cans, food, and other containers are prohibited.
Example Items that are prohibited during all events at Toyota Field (this list is not all-inclusive):

  • Balls
  • Bottles (glass, thermos, cans)
  • Brooms
  • Cameras with detachable lenses or lenses longer than 3” when extended
  • Chains (metal)
  • Costumes (dangerous in nature) including nunchucks, pitchforks, sling blades, axes, swords, whips, nooses, etc.)
  • Electronic Cigarettes
  • Flasks
  • Guns (real, toys)
  • Knives or Multi Tools (pocketknives, switchblades, lock-blades, throwing stars, scissors)
  • Large Purses or Backpacks
  • Large Hats or Signs
  • Laser Pointers or Laser Pens
  • Mace (pepper or tear gas)
  • Noisemakers
  • Poles or rods of any kind, this includes selfie sticks
  • Sticks of any kind
  • Swords (Plastic, Metal)
  • Umbrellas
  • Video Cameras
No Smoking

Smoking is prohibited inside Classic Christmas and there is no re-entry into the event for single-day ticket holders. Please plan ahead.

Ice Skates
  • If bringing your own skates, please ensure they have blade guards on at all times and if bringing a bag to carry them ensure the bag meets the Bag Policy restrictions.
  • No Re-Entry is permitted for the events so you may not return to your vehicle after skating to store them. Please plan ahead.
Your Tickets

Please have your ticket QR code ready to display when you arrive. The QR code is located at the top of your order confirmation which you should have received via email.

You can also access your tickets by visiting your MyAccount located at the bottom of your order confirmation or requesting access to your MyAccount.

Manage Your Order

Manage your order all in one place. Easily add add-ons, change ticket dates, and change ticket times. Guests with Visit Protection can change their date up to midnight the day before their event date. Access your MyAccount located at the bottom of your order confirmation or request access through the Manage Your Order Link.

Visit Protection

In the case you need to change the date of your order, getting Visit Protection in your order will cover the per ticket change fee, however any change in ticket price will still be due. Date changes can be processed through your MyAccount up to 11:50 PM the night prior to your scheduled event date.

Please Note:

  • Visit Protection cannot be added after your initial purchase. No Exceptions.
  • Visit Protection does not provide coverage for cancellations or refunds. Tickets are non refundable regardless of reasoning.
Changing Your Visit Date

Guests are welcome to change their dates through their MyAccount up to 11:50 PM the night prior to your scheduled event date. This is done through your MyAccount, located at the bottom of your order confirmation.

Date change fees are $5 per admission ticket plus any increase in ticket price for non visit protection.

– Guests who purchased Visit Protection: (applicable cities)

Date changes can be made up to 1 hour prior to your scheduled event through your MyAccount. Visit Protection covers you for the $5 change fees, however any increase in ticket price is still due.

What If I Need To Change Dates After I Have Already Selected?

To change your visit date, you’ll need to manage your tickets through the link provided in your email confirmation. Specifically, you’ll need to find the “Manage my ticket” or “Manage my orders” option within the email and then select the new date and time.

Be aware that ticket prices can vary by date, and changing your ticket may incur additional fees.

Here’s a more detailed breakdown:
1. Locate your email confirmation:
Find the email you received when you purchased your Enchant tickets.
2. Access your ticket management:
Look for a link or button within the email that says something like “Manage my tickets,” “Manage my order,” or similar.
3. Select the change option:
Within the ticket management area, you should see an option to change your ticket date and/or time.
4. Choose your new date and time:
Select the specific date and time you’d like to attend.
5. Confirm and finalize:
Follow the prompts to confirm your changes and finalize the process. Keep in mind that you may need to pay any additional fees associated with the new date or time.

Are Ice Skating and Snow Sliding Included In The General Admission Ticket?

No, ice skating and snow sliding are sold separately from General Admission tickets. You can purchase add-ons* for these activities during the checkout process.

Do You Offer Cancellations Or Refunds Of Tickets Or Add-Ons?

Classic Christmas will not grant full or partial ticket or add-on refunds at any time, as stated in the Classic Christmas Ticket Terms and Conditions. Please review your ticket purchase carefully and ensure you are selecting the correct date, time, and city when you are booking your reservation.

This policy applies to all Box Office and online ticket purchases.

Please note: Should local weather conditions require Classic Christmas to cancel or delay an event, we will have a re-accommodation plan for guests to reschedule to another date this season. Tickets can not be held to future seasons as we do not always return to the same cities each year.

Classic Christmas is a Cashless Event

Classic Christmas is a cashless event. Our events will only be accepting contactless forms of payment, including debit cards, credit cards, and mobile wallets like Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Arrival Window

Our Arrival Window is the earliest period of time you are able to enter the Classic Christmas venue. This is done to make sure that each guest has a magical experience and to avoid overcrowding when entering. Once you have entered Classic Christmas, you are able to stay for as long as you would like.

Although you are not able to enter Classic Christmas prior to your Arrival Window, if you are running a little bit behind, you will still be able to enter Classic Christmas once your Arrival Window has passed up to 1 hour prior to the event close time. However, we kindly ask that you try to arrive as close as possible to your chosen Arrival Window time.

No Re-Entry

Due to capacity limitations and the safety of our guests, Classic Christmas has a no re-entry policy. After you have exited the venue for any reason, re-entry will not be permitted.

Premier Pass Upgrade

Upgrade your night with the Premier Pass, a bundle of exclusive perks designed to make your visit even more magical. Includes:

Visit the Premier Pass Check-In Table as you enter the venue, where you’ll receive your bonus Merch Voucher along with the drink voucher and wristband for the fast pass lines.

This pass is limited—once it’s sold out, it’s gone! Complimentary infant upgrades include Premier Pass express benefits only – beverages and merch vouchers are excluded.

Premier Pass Drink Ticket

The Classic Christmas drink ticket, provided to Premier Pass holders, can be redeemed for any 20oz Coke Bottled Product at Bars or Concession Stands.

Costume Policy
  • Costumes should be child-friendly and may not be obstructive, offensive, or violent.
  • Guests may wear masks. However, masks must not obstruct vision, and eyes must be visible at all times.
  • Guests who dress up are not permitted to pose for pictures, sign autographs, or sell photos to other guests.
  • Costumes should not drag on the ground.
  • Costumes should not contain sharp objects, pointed objects, or materials that may accidentally strike another Guest.
  • Costumes should not contain any weapons which resemble or could easily be mistaken for an actual weapon.
  • Guests who do not adhere to these guidelines may be refused entry into the event unless their costume can be modified to meet the above standards.

Snow Slide Requirements

Enjoy snow sliding like never before. Secure your spot early to ensure your experience. Each Snow Slide pass comes with 3 rides down the Sip N’ Slide Summit. (Waivers required for all sliders. Guests must be 42” tall; single riders only.)

Our Classic Christmas events are accessible.

  • Classic Christmas welcomes hand-pushed or power-driven mobility devices into the event, unless a particular type of device cannot be accommodated because of legitimate safety requirements. Where legitimate safety requirements bar accommodation for a particular type of device, we will provide alternative service where possible.
  • Please note: Classic Christmas does not offer scooters or wheelchairs for use or rental at the event.
  • Classic Christmas welcomes trained service dogs as defined under Titles II and III of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), no other animals are permitted within the event. Health & Safety

The First Aid Room is located on the concourse, next to the event Exit. Emergency medical personnel are on duty at each event and are found next to the Ice Skating Rink.

Lost & Found Items

Any items found during the event will be taken to Guest Services on the event night. All found items will be securely stored by staff until the end of the event. Guests may visit Guest Services during event hours to inquire about or claim lost articles.

After the event, unclaimed items will be donated to an appropriate charity after 01/03/2026. To inquire about a lost item after the event has ended, please email support@socialhouseentertainment.com.
